We have an exciting opportunity for an Events Co-ordinator to join a busy, fast paced and fun team taking enquiries over the phone and via emails, helping our customers bring to life their dreams. Your main responsibilities will include preparing quotations for customers, communicating with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure customer orders are produced correctly within agreed time-scales as well as administrating all documentation and systems efficiently and accurately. This is an unusual and physically demanding job – setting up, dismantling, and maintaining our Tents at festivals, weddings, private parties and corporate events. Most of the time we work in beautiful parts of the countryside all over the UK. Inspired by the desire to be different, we hire a range of unusual tents working for the UK’s biggest events companies and most exclusive private parties.
The season is from Now until the end of September 2019. Hours and days of work vary as required by the business (including some weekends) and you can expect most days to start at 6:15am at the warehouse.
This job offers the opportunity for plenty of work over a fairly short period of time, the days are often long and the season is for people who want to work outside, using their hands as well as their minds and manners.
Anyone after a “normal” or “9-5” job should not apply.
It is desirable that you:
Experience working with teepees or stretch tents is not required, as full training will be given.
Rate of Pay: £8.50 – £12.00. The rate of pay is based upon your progression through training as well as any advanced skills that go over and above the level of competence. Example skills would include: electrical skills, carpentry skills, rigging experience, experienced van driving and commitment above and beyond expectations.

We are currently looking for Crew Chiefs to lead our core crew team in delivering events to clients across the country. You will load vehicles, travel to site, build and dismantle our Stunning tents and interiors, and carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks at the warehouse, as well as other duties.
