Festival Inspiration
The teepees create a great relaxed, social ambience which makes them a very popular choice for festivals. A festival themed party or wedding can be done authentically with our teepees which are regulars attendees at the nations favourite festivals. They were even extras in the festival scenes in the last Bridget Jones movie!
The modular nature means that the teepees can be configured a number of ways. Any number of guests can be accommodated so whether you have 50 or 500 guests, we have the perfect setup that can work for you. The ability to have the sides up or down gives the teepees great flexibility. They have been popup restaurants, bars and retail outlets, as well as chill out lounge areas.
Use the Little Hats as serving bars or covered seating areas and using the Kung as a chill out areas gives you great options. Adding festoon lighting, fire pits, and flags, and you’ve very quickly created your own festival.
Listed below are some examples based on average guest numbers but please get in touch so we can build a bespoke quote for you based on your requirements.
100 Guests
Around 100 guests are typically seated in a pair of Giant Hats. It is possible to fit about 100 guests under a single teepee, if all the sides are up, and of course it is also possible to have more than 2 tents, if that is what’s required. A Kung, sometimes linked, is a popular choice too often used as a bar or chill out area or a small retail popup.
Around 150 Guests
Events with around 150 guests tend to use 3 Giant Hats, often with a linked Kung as a chill out or bar area. You can of course use more than 3 Giant Hats for this number of guests and more tents give more space and more possibilities. In the past we have provided 10 Giant Hats for an event for this number of people. Depending on if you are using the space for sitting down and eating, like a pop-up restaurant, or for a Bar with a stage and dance floor, there are numerous configurations to suit.
200+ Guests
Above 200 guests, you will need to think about 4 Giant Hats or more for your event. At this scale we start getting into the realm of bespoke configurations to meet the needs of your event. We can work with you to prepare floor plans specifically for your event to show how the interior space can be used.
