 There is something wonderfully evocative about a tipi. Perhaps it is the association with the culture of the North American Indians. Or perhaps it is the memory of long hot summer days playing in a wigwam as a child. But our tipis are no toys. At 16' / 4.9m in diameter they are more than capable of accommodating 4 adults for sleeping and 6-8 for sitting and chatting. We have even had school classes of 30 infants being taught in this space. They are beautifully engineered structures. Inside, a decorated canvas liner encircles the sitting area, with the poles and smoke flaps visible above. Picture yourself waking up under canvas and wood, with the early morning sun streaming in through the open smoke hole....In the evening, lit from within, the tipi glows warmly like a lantern. The tipi comes complete with a heavy duty groundsheet.
