As a rough guide for a 48 hour hire…
For events using two or more of our Giant Hat tents, you can work on a cost of £1050+VAT per tent for the structure. Furnishings, lighting, flooring and so on can add as much again per tent if you go to town, although typically customers spend 50%-70% of the cost of the tent on the interior.
For events using our Saddlespan tents, work on around £4000+VAT per tent for the structure.

How we work it out
There are three elements to pricing
Equipment Hire prices are taken from our price list and are based on a 48 hour hire period. Longer periods are available too at an additional cost for each 24 hours.
Damage Waiver is calculated at 5% of the Equipment Hire price. If we agree to offer Damage Waiver, and you choose to take it, we will not hold you responsible for loss or damage to our equipment whilst it is under your care (although you will remain responsible for the first £500 of any loss, and you are obliged to take reasonable care).
Delivery Charges are calculated for each event, based on the distance from our warehouse, the number of vehicles and crew we need to send, and whether any overnight stays are required. We will work this out when we prepare a quotation for you.
